ECG Felix Salinas – The founder and Owner/CEO of one of the largest Commercial & Residential Roofing & Construction companies in the United States. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Felix had an early interest in construction and carpentry. He began working in the industry at a young age and spent many years honing his skills and knowledge. In 1996, Felix decided to start his own roofing construction company. With his extensive experience and expertise, he was able to quickly build his business from the ground up. He named the company after himself – Felix Salinas Group, but soon made the choice to start “dba (Doing Business’ As)” ECG – and began offering high-quality roofing solutions to homeowners and businesses in the Fort Worth, TX area. Over the years, Felix’s business has grown significantly. Today, ECG has 14 divisions throughout the Central United States and employs hundreds of people. ECG has become known for its exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Despite his constantly busy schedule as a business owner, Felix always makes time for his family. He is a devoted father of three and dedicates much of his free time to spending with them and his grandchildren, which are his pride and joy. He enjoys work events, going on family vacations, and hosting gatherings with friends and loved ones.

Throughout his career, Felix has faced numerous challenges and obstacles. However, his determination, hard work, and unwavering commitment to excellence have helped him overcome all of them. Today, he remains one of the most respected and successful General Contractors in the industry, and his company continues to thrive under his leadership along with his son Jake, daughter Meagan, and his right hand James Chambers.
